[Listasaib] Latin American Workshop on AI for Protein Design

We are excited to announce the 1st Latin American Workshop on Artificial Intelligence for Protein Design (AI4PD) in Puerto Varas, Chile, from October 10-13, 2023.

This workshop, sponsored by AI Proteins, Kura Biotech, RosettaCommons and many others, aims to empower Latin American students and researchers with the most advanced AI techniques for protein design, elevating the collaboration between industry and academia to new horizons in the stunning backdrop of Patagonia.

The current instructors for the workshop are Ben Meinen, Head of Protein Design at AI Proteins, and Sergey Ovchinnikov, John Harvard Distinguished Science Fellow at Harvard University. More instructors will be announced in the following days.

Apply before July 31st and be part of this groundbreaking workshop! Up to 30 applicants will be selected, and their accommodation and meals in Puerto Varas will be covered for the duration of the workshop. Also, PABMB travel awards are available for PhD students and postdocs within 2 years of obtaining their PhD, members of any PABMB society.
